One on One Coaching Includes
1.). Comprehensive intake call focusing on understanding you, your training and injury history, your lifestyle and habits, and truly getting to know you as a person helps me develop a program that develops with you over time-based specifically on your needs as an athlete.
2.). Movement Screen to assess current capabilities.
3.) Weekly 1 Hour Zoom Check in to assess progress and adjust if needed.
4.) Access to Training app for weekly program implementation, video feedback, and progressions.
5.) Personal Accountability, Feedback, and Support.
